Typically, the walkway series of absorbing materials are made of low dielectric constant polystyrene foam and come with a durable polypropylene foam anti-static protective layer. They are widely used on the floor of anechoic chambers to test personnel movement and protect the floor's absorbing materials.

The Walkway-MPP is specifically designed for the MP-300P and MP-500P. The grooves on the back of the material correspond one-to-one with the cones of MPP-300P/500P to increase the contact area and improve the stability during walking.
